1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products (such as downloadable files, e-books, or online access) are final and non-refundable. Once the product is delivered or accessed, we do not offer refunds due to the nature of digital goods.
If you experience any technical issues or do not receive your product, please contact us immediately, and we’ll resolve the issue as soon as possible.
2. Physical Products (if applicable)
We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective.
3. Order Issues
If you encounter any problem with your order, such as:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged in transit
- Missing product

4. Cancellations
You may cancel your order only before it is processed. Once the digital product is delivered or the physical product is shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
